RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We hope it's a keeper ...but in the event that your purchase doesn't work out KEEPER offers returns for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping), store credit and/or exchanges for items in new/unworn condition, with tags attached and original receipt, within 14 days of purchase. If a return is requested after 14 days has expired, a refund will be issued as store credit only up to 30 days after purchase date. We reserve the right to refuse returns after 30 days.
All return shipments must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.
* All items on sale/clearance are considered final sale. Vintage, apothecary, personal fragrances, and gift cards are final sale.
* All international orders are considered final sale due to cross border shipping.
To begin a return, please contact us at info@keeperdoorco.com with your order number and reason for return. Returned merchandise must be securely packaged with all original tags, packaging and include a note with your order number and email address.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
We ship every order using only materials that are compostable, recyclable, or recycled with few exceptions*
(*fragile items may be wrapped in recycled bubble-wrap or other recycled materials, some items may be shipped in their original packaging from selected brand)
All products are carefully packaged and shipped through the United States Postal Service with tracking information. Shipping rates vary per item and have been calculated by weight with the United States Postal Service's listed rates.
Items are shipped within 48 hours. Domestic shipments are sent Priority Mail and take 2-4 business days dependent on buyers location. Need something sooner please reach out to us for expedited shipping.
International shipping to Canada are sent USPS First Class Package International and take 7-10+ business days dependent on buyers location. All orders being shipped across borders are subject to Customs fees, which are determined by the destination gov't. Customers are responsible for paying this fee in order to receive your package. Any denied package will be refunded withholding shipping fees once returned in full.
We are unable to offer International shipments outside Canada and the US at this time.
BUYING VINTAGE:
When purchasing vintage pieces we ask that you shop mindfully and ask questions prior to purchasing as all vintage items are considered final sale.
We do our best to depict and describe every vintage item and will provide multiple photos (more upon request) with each online listing as well as measurements and any flaws of note. Please remember when purchasing vintage that these items have been pre-loved and may show typical signs of wear for their age. When purchasing from Keeper you are agreeing to our shop policies and that you have read the full condition of a garment/item and viewed all the photos available.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
All items on sale/clearance and purchased during a sale promotion are considered final sale and cannot be returned for store credit, refund, or exchange.
All international orders are considered final sale due to cross border shipping.
DISCLOSURE:
Keeper is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like to purchase insurance please email us upon purchase and we will send you an invoice for the additional fee.
When placing an order with Keeper the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees, all applicable customs and import fees, and return shipping to Keeper in the case of a return or exchange. This also applies to any deliveries refused or uncollected by you at time of delivery.
