For the Love of Vintage: A Photoshoot at Waseda Farms

For this collection, we handpicked items that are ideal for the modern wardrobe. We made sure to include classic pieces like cable-knit sweaters, button-down tops and a crisp white tunic. These timeless staples can be mixed and matched with your favorite jeans or a canvas pant... or pair them back to more unique vintage items to create one-of-a-kind ensembles you’ll want to wear again and again.

This shoot was inspired by life on the peninsula. . .

The pace of slowing down has us feeling inspired during this season. Right now, you can go anywhere in the County without having to wait in line. In fact, you probably won't see anyone at all! It's a really peaceful and beautiful time, making it easier to connect with nature and appreciate the sounds and sights of the natural world.

We were honored to shoot this collection right down the road here at Waseda Farms. If you’ve never been, we highly recommend it, not only for a visit to their famed farm marke t(they have the best produce, a community compost site and are just the nicest people!), but also to walk amongst the animals and to take in the beautiful scenes of farm life. Cows mooed off in the pasture. Roosters crowed by the market door. The sun made its way out from behind a cloud, crisp birch trees contrast against a bright blue sky. It was the perfect day, and feels like the most magical place.
